"About three and half years ago I was being pulled around Lake Padden by my 4-month-old puppy on a retractable leash. I had no clue what I was doing and I was trying to walk my puppy and enjoy my time with him. During that lovely pull along walk, we met Kenzie and Kierin and from a short conversation we found out our puppies were 2 days apart in age. We took a picture and Kierin immediately commanded Oakley’s attention. I looked at her and said, “WHO ARE YOU!?” “YOU ARE MAGIC!!!!” And that’s where it all began.
From that moment Oak was a Wonder Pup- it ended up being me that needed training. I needed to learn how to be with my puppy and know how to train for what my expectations are. Learning consistency, timing, dog's body language, proper leashes, amounts of exercise, and how my puppy should interact with other dogs and people.
Kierin worked diligently with me providing me with knowledge and tools that I use to this day. She would arrive each week at my house (where Oak was the most comfortable) and she would show me how an interaction should take place. The rest of the time she would work with me while I worked with Oak. Oak would be so tired from using his brain after training- he would snooze the rest of the day!
As we progressed and Oak and I felt ready we would go outside and on adventures.
Training a Wonder Pup is fun because they are so smart! I was able to bond with Oakley and enjoy training and actually get to know my pup. Oak and I are consistently working together daily and Kierin is always amazing support if I have questions!"

"I met Kierin through a friend of mine. She has helped me train my dog, Finn, to be such an amazing (WONDER) pup!!! He had horrible issues barking at things outside (literally anything) and she has helped teach ME how to help make my dog more confident! He hardly ever barks at things outside. Kierin has also helped me challenge my smart dog to help him grow.
Best of all, Kierin has helped me to grow an even deeper bond with my dog over the last several months. Not only is she an AMAZING dog trainer, but a wonderful friend.
HIRE KIERIN. Not only will you be eternally grateful, but your pup will be too. I can't speak highly enough about Kierin or the work she's done with Finn and me. Thank you, Kierin! We love you!"

"My three rescue dogs love Kierin and are super excited when they know she’s here. They sit right at attention. She’s helped me improve bad behaviors and teach them good manners. She really understands dog behavior, cares about the dogs, and has fun doing so! I would highly recommend her for any of your dog's needs."

"had taught my three-month-old puppy how to focus on her (which is still my favorite trick of his, so useful)! After that, we started working together twice a week, and the strides that she made with my stubborn little corgi were astounding! And what's even better is that she taught ME how to train him. I didn't realize how ineffective my methods were until I was able to watch her and absorb what she was doing. She was always very accommodating to my crazy schedule, and when I moved out of Bellingham even let us come over to her home for our training sessions. We no longer live in Washington state, otherwise, we would still be working with her and Kenzie
Even after moving out of state, she still keeps in contact with us to see how everything's going and if she can be of help. Seriously cannot recommend her enough. Neville and I are so grateful for all of Kierin's wonderful help!"
